Eight Steps, established in June 2025 and led by Mumtaz and Wally, brings a thoughtful and process driven perspective to roasting. Brewlab Coffee Roasters, founded in 2024 and run by a passionate team of five, explores coffee through collaboration, experimentation and curiosity. Together, they offer two distinct voices united by a shared respect for quality and community.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will be guided through a professional coffee cupping, the same method used by roasters and buyers to evaluate coffee. We will explore aroma, flavour, acidity and texture across a line up of coffees from both roasteries, tasting side by side and discovering how different choices in sourcing and roasting shape each cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe session is designed to be relaxed and welcoming, whether this is your first cupping or you have attended one before.
