Plant Folk Photography & Content Guidelines
We love that Plant Folk feels like a place worth remembering — whether it’s a cozy coffee moment, a creative shoot, or a special celebration. To keep things comfortable for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines around photography and content creation in our space.
Casual Photography (No Permission Needed)
You’re welcome to take personal photos or short clips during your visit - as long as:
• It’s part of your time here (e.g. your drink, your friends, or your table).
• You’re using a phone or small personal camera.
• You’re not blocking walkways, disturbing other guests, or moving our furniture.
• You avoid photographing staff or other guests without their consent.
We love seeing your moments — feel free to tag us @plantfolkcoffee so we can share the love 🌿
Professional, Graduation & Content Shoots (Permission Required)
If you’re planning a more structured shoot - such as:
• Graduation photos (individual or group, with gowns, props, or photographers)
• Professional photography or videography (with tripods, lighting, or crew)
• Brand, influencer, or product shoots
• Styled sessions or media projects
• Anything that requires rearranging furniture, props, or an extended stay
Please contact us first at +673-8765651 for approval.
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but prior permission is required to ensure the experience remains enjoyable for everyone in the café.
Depending on the scope and timing, a space or coordination fee may apply for commercial or extended sessions.
What’s Not Allowed
To maintain a comfortable environment for guests and staff:
• No unauthorised or extended shoots during operating hours.
• No blocking customer areas, bar counter, or entrances.
• No use of flash, large lighting setups, or loud equipment.
• No moving furniture or props without staff approval.
